Who is involved?


Wales is working with Brandenburg, Germany; Liguria, northern Italy; Murcia, southern Spain and Eastern Slovakia on the project.

Each partner brings special skills and knowledge.

Liguria and Murcia have similar hydrogeological risk factors.
Brandenburg has world leading knowledge of wood fuel solutions and challenges
Wales has specialised knowledge in social forestry and certification.
Eastern Slovakia has complex hydrogeological conditions and large areas of state owned woodland.
